Curro (COH) – Peer Pressure

With a view of understanding the FY19 COH performance better, we use our Consumer Wallet model to gauge the financial pressure faced by SA households during the year and assess its likely impact on COH enrolments. Furthermore, we analyse SARS tax data to track growth trends in COH’s potential target market. We use Woodhill College as a case study and evaluate potential changes in the competitive landscape around this school and other COH schools. In view of the challenging economic environment we look at possible revenue growth scenarios resulting from learner enrolment growth and average fee increases.
