AB InBev (ANH) FY25 – Results Snapshot

Diluted Underlying EPS of USD 3.7 (FY24: USD 3.5).
Revenue decreased by 0.7% y-y to USD 59.3bn.
GPM increased by 60bps to 55.9%.
EBIT% increased by 80bps to 26.7%.
Total expenses decreased by 1.1% y-y to USD 18.1bn, while expense-to-sales decreased from 30.7% to 30.6%.
Dividend of 1.15 EUR (FY24: 1.0 EUR)
Cash generated from operating activities decreased from USD 15 055m to USD 14 883m.
Gross debt up 1.2% y-y to USD 73.01bn (FY24: USD 72.2bn), with net cash increasing to USD 11.6bn (FY24: USD 11.2bn).
ANH’s mainstream beer portfolio accounted for approximately 50% of FY25 revenue and delivered flattish revenue growth year-on-year, with growth in Africa, Middle Americas and South America offset by a soft industry in Europe and North America.
The growth of the Beyond Beer portfolio accelerated in FY25, now representing 3% of ANH’s total revenue.
