We view the appointment of a new CEO as a positive for ASC. However, we find it concerning that he might be stretching himself too thin, as he still sits on a number of boards of various other companies. We are pleased by the group’s focus on organic growth but continue to caution about the ongoing underperformance of the Consumer Brands division, particularly sports nutrition.
