Foodservices companies span a range of different formats, each with its own trading and profitability dynamics. In this series, we conduct Q&A sessions with independent operators in the foodservices space to gain a better understanding of the different types of businesses in the sector. The insights from the independents can shed some light on the dynamics affecting the divisional performance of the listed foodservices companies.
