Total ops DHEPS of -66.0cps (FY24: -201.0cps). Continuing ops DHEPS of -21.0cps (FY24: 103.0cps).
Continuing ops turnover increased by 57.1% y-y to R17 868m.
GPM improved from 12.1% to 16.0%.
Expenses increased by 74.7% y-y while expense-to-sales increased from 9.9% to 11.1%.
OPM increased by 130bps to 6.1%.
No dividend.
Cash generated from operating activities improved from R202m to R1 178m.
The overall loss from continuing operations amounted to R294m (FY24 profit: R312m), primarily driven by a one-off net capital loss on the accounting for Hesto as a subsidiary of R360.0m, losses from AutoZone, and a higher net interest expense of R611.9m (FY24: R344.7m) and the Rombat fine of R412.6m.
