Raubex (RBX) FY25 – Results Snapshot

Diluted HEPS up 25.5% y-y to 591.7cps (FY24: 471.6cps). Effective 1 March 2024, the Group acquired the remaining 30% of Empa Structures for R35.0m. This largely explains the improvement in HEPS.
Revenue increased by 21.0% y-y to R21 077m, driven by strong topline growth across all segments.
GPM decreased from 14.2% to 11.9%, impacted by the weaker chrome price in 2H25.
OPM decreased by 110bps to 7.4%.
Expenses increased by 11.7% y-y to R1 053m. Expense-to-sales declined by 40bps to 5.0%.
Dividend of 198cps (FY24: 155cps).
Operating cashflow increased by 32.3% y-y to R1 959m.
Gross debt increased by 32.2% y-y to R2.3bn.
Order book increased by 10.3% y-y to R28.2bn. Strong order book growth from Roads and Earthworks (+34.0% y-y) while Materials Handling and Mining decreased by 26.0% y-y due to the weaker chrome price.
