Reunert (RLO) FY25 – Results Snapshot

Diluted HEPS from cont. ops of 596cps (FY24: 622cps).
Revenue from cont. ops decreased by 2.4% y-y to R13 881m.
OPM from cont. ops decreased by 60bps to 10.9%.
Total expenses from cont. ops decreased by 1.7% y-y to R12 370m, while expense-to-sales increased from 88.4% (restated) to 89.1%.
Dividend of 383cps (FY24:366cps).
Cash generated from operating activities decreased from R1 323m to R1 265m.
Gross debt down 23.1% y-y to R997m, with net cash decreasing to R1 740m.
Pressure is expected to continue on the Electrical Engineering product volumes in the South African businesses until infrastructure investment increases, which is not anticipated to change materially in the first half of the new financial year.
Alan Dickson will be transitioning from his role as CEO, RLO has appointed Anthonie de Beer as Group CEO with effect from 1 March 2026.
