The month of June has been particularly volatile, from starting the month with a weakening currency and low commodity prices, to markets recovering only to be caught completely off guard by the Brexit vote; then swiftly bouncing back to end the month on a more stable footing. Nonetheless, our June Consumer Watch showed negative news flows outweighing positive news flows.
