We look at the trends in SPP SA franchise loyalty over the past 7 years, as we believe this would reflect the quality of SPP’s distribution service as well as the price competitiveness of SPP-sourced product. We find that with Spar SA, the loyalty factor has encouragingly remained stable while both Tops liquor and Build It have experienced some decline in the loyalty factor.
