Stadio (SDO) FY25 – Results Snapshot

Diluted HEPS up from 31.0cps to 37.9cps (+28.6% y-y).
Turnover increased by 14.2% y-y to R1 841m, driven by a 9.0% y-y student growth in semester 1 and 7.0% y-y in semester 2.
Expenses increased by 11.2% y-y, while expense-to-sales decreased from 76.4% to 74.4%.
OPM increased by 200bps to 25.6%.
Dividend of 18.4cps (FY24: 15.1cps).
Contact learning student numbers for semester 2 increased by 11.4% y-y to 6 980 students. Distance learning student numbers for semester 2 increased by 5.8% y-y to 46 323 students.
Cash generated from operating activities increased from R356m to R431m.
Total capex of R303m (FY24: R106m). R205m allocated to the new STADIO Durbanville campus, R65m to other capex and R33m to new curriculum and software development.
SDO utilised R120m of the rolling credit facility for payments towards the construction of the STADIO Durbanville campus, which was repaid after year-end.
