Woolworths, TFG and Truworths indicated the extent of the impact of the supply chain issues on their businesses, which included: Short deliveries in some areas; Mitigation measures were put in place; Local procurement is an advantage, but there is some reliance on imported fabric; Increased lead times result in higher stock holding; The problems are likely to persist for some months and could affect 2022 seasons.
