Diluted HEPS of 73.9cps (1.1% y-y).
Net turnover decreased by 0.8% y-y to R5 560m. Net gaming win revenue decreased by 1.7% y-y to R4 604m. Food and beverage revenue increased by 2.2% y-y to R331m. Rooms revenue increased by 7.3% y-y to R280m.
Expenses increased by 1.7% y-y while expenses-to-sales increased from 75.4% to 77.2%.
OPM decreased by 180bps to 22.8%.
Dividend of 15.0cps (LY: 30.0cps), due to TSG accelerating debt repayments and also buying back shares. TSG is committed to reducing the number of shares to 1bn, before reassessing its position.
Cash generated from operating activities down 0.5% y-y to R1 089m.
Net cash down 22.5% y-y to R426m with Gross Debt decreasing 8.2% y-y to R7 132.
Net finance costs (excluding IFRS 16 lease interest) for this period amounted to R294m, a 16% decrease from the R350m for the prior comparative period.
