Diluted HEPS from total operations increased by 18.5% y-y from 896.0cps in 1H24 to 1 062.1cps in 1H25.
Revenue from continuing operations increased by 10.2% y-y to R14 658m, driven by strong a performance from the roads and earthworks segment which improved by 18.8% y-y.
OPM improved by 20bps to 4.7%.
Expenses increased by 10.0% y-y to R13 977m, while expense to sales fell by 30bps to 95.3%.

Order book R32.6bn, up from R30.6bn in June 2024 and R32.3bn in December 2023. The flat order book y-y was due to the decline of the Building and civil engineering order book (-19.8% y-y), while U.K. (+25.8% y-y) and Roads and earthworks (+11.5% y-y) improved.
Cash from operating activities increased 88.4% y-y to R918m.
Long term liabilities increased by 13.9% y-y to R236m (down from FY24: R258m), however, finance costs decreased to R28m (-18.0% y-y).
