Diluted HEPS increased by 1.9% y-y from R10.62 in 1H25 to R10.82 in 1H26.
Revenue decreased by 4.3% y-y to R14.02bn, driven by the Building and civil engineering segment which declined by 7.3% y-y due to a sharp decline in demand in Gauteng. It was also impacted by the 7.5% y-y decrease in Roads and earthworks revenue due to lower activity in SA.
OPM improved by 10bps to 4.8%.
Expenses decreased by 4.4% y-y to R13 368m, while expense-to-sales remained flat at 95.3%.
Dividend of 300cps (1H25: 300cps).
Order book R36.4bn, down from R37.6bn in June 2025 but up from R32.6bn in December 2024. The Building and civil engineering order book increased by 36.5% y-y, Roads and earthworks by 7.1% y-y, while the U.K. declined by 18.7% y-y.
Cash from operating activities decreased by 31.5% y-y to R629m.
Long term liabilities increased by 27.9% y-y to R302m.
