WHL 1H18 results reflected weakness in its SA Fashion division which we think may not be easily addressed given that its clothing volumes sold since 2007 have remained largely flat. In David Jones, we argue that the GP margin improvement in 1H18 may not be sustainable, as we think it was largely influenced by the earlier winter 2017 clearance sale.
